I have not bought anything "big" here, but am very impressed by two things they offer: never knowingly undersold, and a long guarantee on everything they sell. Because of the way the company works the staff are always well-informed (not specialists, usually) and very keen for the customer to feel satisfied.

Recently bought a compact camera from them. No issues, everything worked out fine. Whilst they are far from being camera experts (after all it is a department store) I found them to be helpful. They will also pricematch UK shop prices.
Also bought a couple of Apple Macs from them because of the 2 year warranty!
